How to Cancel a Prime Video-Only Subscription
If you only have a Prime Video subscription (not a full Amazon Prime membership), you can cancel directly on the Prime Video website:
- Go to Account & Settings: Sign in and navigate to Account & Settings.
- End Your Prime Video Subscription: Under the Your Account tab, select End Subscription to cancel your Prime Video plan.
Note: If your Prime Video subscription was activated through a third party (like a mobile service provider), you’ll need to contact them to cancel.
How to Cancel an Amazon Prime Membership

Amazon Prime includes access to Prime Video along with other benefits. To cancel your entire Amazon Prime membership:
- Access Your Prime Membership Settings: Sign in to Amazon, go to Your Account > Prime Membership.

If you are eligible, unused paid members may receive a full refund for the current membership period, processed within three to five business days.
